Holt's Piano/Percussion Project places the pianist amid an array of percussion instruments, calling for acrobatic feats of multi-instrumentalism. Over 20 composers have contributed new works to this project, of which several will be presented this evening, including a new work by Sean Friar (World Premiere-Piano Spheres commission) composed for the project.
