Wave of Wonder

REDCAT International Children's Film Festival: Wave of Wonder

Presented in partnership with Northwest Film Forum

This collection of films is meant to wash over you in a wave of exquisite, painterly animation. Dive down deep into stories that will take you to strange planets, the frozen tundra, dense forests and inside the workings of a marionette theater. These films will remind you that life is a journey, that sometimes, hard choices have to be made, and that dreams really can come true.

Notes to parents: This is a program for dreamers who are not afraid of themes that are sometimes sad. There are happy endings, too. The animation is breathtaking throughout.
