California Institute of the Arts, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, including without limitation the Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater (REDCAT), and its affiliates and partner organizations (collectively, “CalArts”, “we”, or “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy and security. However, we will not disclose your Student Records without your explicit consent, except to school officials with a legitimate education interest. For more information about your rights under FERPA, please review the CalArts FERPA policy.

Some internet browsers have “Do Not Track” or “DNT” features which, when turned on, send a signal to a website that the individual visiting the website does not wish to be tracked. Such browser features and industry standards are not uniform, so our Sites do not respond to DNT signals, but you can control your cookie preferences in the settings of your Internet browser.
